Jose Mourinho claims Florentino Perez turned down the opportunity to coach his Portuguese national team while he was still coach at Real Madrid.
Jose Mourinho, the 61-year-old coach, revealed that he had been offered the opportunity to manage the Portuguese national team twice before, but was once thwarted by Florentino Perez, president of Real Madrid, when he Working with Real Madrid, according to a report from ยูฟ่าเบท last Wednesday.

Mourinho further revealed that on many occasions he has been trust by the club to be ‘More than a coach’ except at Porto, Inter Milan and Real Madrid.
‘In many cases I am more than just a coach. But at the same time It’s not an ideal situation. I’m only a coach at Porto, Inter, Real Madrid, but there are many clubs where I have to be more than a coach.’
