Former England defender Glen Johnson has tapped Chelsea boss Graeme Potter to add more aggression to his managerial duties.
“Sing the Blues” has consistently poor performance, winning only 2 out of the last 14 games, ranking 10th in the Premier League. With 10 points away from the top four, recently lost 0-1 to Dortmund in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League round of 16.
Potter has been criticized for not showing enough anger and emotion when the result is not the way he wanted it to be, and Johnson suggests sometimes being aggressive can be a good thing.
“He’s obviously calm and thoughtful from A, so maybe that’s not in his DNA,” Johnson said. Go around with confidence, it affects the players ufabet.
“I don’t know if he looks like that. There are a lot of managers who are still great. But their communication takes a different approach.”
Graham Potter is the sort of guy who seems to be kinder. he is a gentleman But sometimes he has to show some aggression.
‘It was just that confidence that we knew when the away team would put up our team sheet in their dressing room, they would think, “how are we going to beat that?”
‘So it gives you confidence, but then Mourinho would just give you even more confidence. We were just a good, defensive side in terms of being hard to break down but it didn’t feel like we could lose.’
